After 11 years of existence, 3 full lengths, 2 split releases, a 7 inch and an appearance in a Discharge tribute album, swedish hardcore punk masters Victims are back with a brand new album bringing up a fresh new energetic vibe and production, which helps the band reveal the true face of the Scandinavian Hardcore scene mixed up with some heavy crust/d-beat influences creating not just plain fast songs but short hardcore anthems (listen to “The Burning Fire”).

So how difficult could it be to add some great melodic lines? not at all, when you’ll have a listen to some outstanding tracks such as “Killing” and “Destroy And Rebuild”. Nothing new here or extremely innovative, just energetic, true and fast punk/hardcore praising the standards bands such as Tragedy and From Ashes Rise have set, you can still though witness a rock&roll vibe throughout the album which can bring you even Motorhead in mind and that is what makes Victims a stand-out band in the genre.

Track List Line Up
01. Victims In Blood
02. Fade Away
03. How Could I Lie?
