Joyce Coffey, 53, got a warning from the police around 3 p.m. Tuesday after neighbors complained about her loud rock music. The second arrest occurred at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday when police received yet another complaint from neighbors. The next noise complaint came in at 1:10 a.m. Wednesday when Officer Matt Blonigen said he could hear “Highway To Hell” as he pulled up in his cruiser. This time Coffey was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and breach of bail conditions.

Police arrested Coffey for the fourth time after her nephew said he tried to remove some of his belongings from her house and she threw a frying pan at him, hitting him in the head.
