An 18-wheeler-type tractor-trailer truck that was transporting LAMB OF GOD‘s gear during the band’s current North American headlining tour was involved in an accident last night. According to LAMB OF GOD guitarist Mark Morton, “lots of gear [was] damaged” in the incident, which occurred on Interstate 37 near Mathis, Texas. KRISTV.com reports that the driver of the truck drifted off the highway and went across the median. The load shifted and the rig rolled over on its side. The driver suffered a broken arm.
LAMB OF GOD‘s U.S. tour with ANTHRAX will come to a close in Los Angeles, California on February 12.
LAMB OF GOD‘s latest album, “VII: Sturm Und Drang”, was released in July 2015 via Epic in the U.S. and Nuclear Blast Entertainment in all territories outside of North America.
