It’s easy to say that any band that sounds more or like Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Black Sabbath (or a mix of them), is a vintage rock band. The heavy distorted sound, with the blues feeling all around and the Robert Plant screams. A pretty easy plan to sound old and catchy. But with Graveyard from Sweden, it wasn’t always so obvious. The approach of Graveyard through their four albums changed, but never lost their attachment to the late 60’s blues rock, 70’s classic rock, 90’s desert rock. With integrated knowledge and deep respect for their roots, the group developed their sound and achieved to become a well-known hard rock band, with many fans and lots of good songs. With this article we will try to chart the majority of Graveyard songs, according to various influences that can be found in their sound.
