D.R.I. have announced that they will reunite with the “80′s lineup” for at least five shows in Texas this coming May. All the dates can be found here.
The “80′s lineup” is Kurt Brecht (vocals), Spike Cassidy (guitars), Josh Pappé (bass) and Felix Griffin (drums). This lineup recorded two of D.R.I.’s classic albums, Crossover (1987) and 4 of a Kind (1988), before Pappé left the band in 1989 to join Gang Green.
D.R.I. haven’t released any albums since the release of Full Speed Ahead, which came out back in 1995, but keep your fingers crossed for new material from the band.
