You can now read the chat below. Q: Hi Joey. How are you? Joey: I am doing very well, thank you. We are currently working in the studio, finishing the mixing and mastering for "The Lord Of Steel Live"album, and listening to the recordings from these recent shows is a blast. Brings back so many great memories. Q: We can imagine. Speaking of memories: You have remastered"Warriors Of The World" and released as a 10th-anniversary remastered edition. You must have plenty of memories about that album, too? Joey: Too many to count or tell. There is something special about each of our albums and that is why we and our fans enjoy looking back on our material as much as we enjoy looking forward to the new material."Warriors Of The World" was the beginning of a new era. One of the many memories is Stefan Raab of Germany's "TV Total" performing with us on stage, and we also had many insane moments with German comedian Olli Pocher. And, as everyone who joined us on this tour will well remember, the "Warriors Of The World" tour in 2002 was just wild.

In a brand new interview with Under The Gun Review, Zakk Wylde(BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, OZZY OSBOURNE) was asked to weigh in on the recent arrest of AS I LAY DYING frontman Tim Lambesis on suspicion of solicitation to commit murder for allegedly hiring someone to kill Tim's estranged wife. "We did gigs with those guys [AS I LAY DYING] out on Ozzfest," Zakksaid. "That's just a massive, massive mess over there. "It's just like any of our friends. If any of our buddies were gonna do something like that, we'd be like, 'What are you talking about, man?!' I get it if he's pissed off, saying, 'I swear to God I want to rip her fucking head off,' but that's okay, you can dump your feelings out, go to the bar and get tanked and spill your guts, but you're not fucking killing anyone, dude. Let's just chalk it up as a loss. See what happened to OJ [Simpson], so why would you want to go there? She's gonna get the fucking house, she's gonna take half the money. Now, as your managers, we're gonna be booking AS I LAY DYING till the fucking cow comes home. The band is doing great, you're gonna be fine and you just keep moving forward.

JON OLIVA Says European Fans Seem To Be ‘More Into The Live-Performance Thing’

Matt Coe of DeadRhetoric.com recently conducted an interview with JON OLIVA'S PAIN and SAVATAGE mastermind Jon Oliva. A few excerpts from the chat follow below: DeadRhetoric.com: "Raise The Curtain" is the first solo album in your career. Can you inform the readers why now is the right time to release a solo record and what type of guidelines did you put on the songwriting that maybe differentiate this release from your work in SAVATAGE or JON OLIVA'S PAIN? Jon Oliva: The idea actually came to do the solo record when guitaristMatt LaPorte passed away. A friend of mine, Dan Fasciano, who you see on the record, co-wrote a lot of the material with me. I was working withTSO (TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA) in the afternoons and Dan and I would hang out in the mornings and we just started writing material. I had a few riffs of [late SAVATAGE guitarist and Jon's brother] Criss's [Oliva] left that I wanted to do something with and it wasn't really planned that way. Losing Matt, I didn'

STEEL PANTHER: New Video Footage From The Studio

Los Angeles glam-metal jokesters STEEL PANTHER are putting the finishing touches on their third full-length album at a studio in Sherman Oaks, California with producer Jay Ruston (ANTHRAX, STONE SOUR,MEATLOAF) for a fall release. It is more heavy metal songs that are hooky and great and fun and make you want to rock and make you want to have a good time and party. Also, there is a lot of riffage on this album that I think anybody who has ever questioned this band — 'Oh, those guys wear spandex and it is 2000-whatever' — these songs are going to put all of that to rest."

Tickets for this second show are available to buy now from TheO2.co.uk,AXS.com and LiveNation.co.uk and, like the first show, all ticketing will be paperless to protect MAIDEN fans as much as possible from touting and inflated pricing on the secondary ticketing market. Comments MAIDEN singer Bruce Dickinson: "We've all been having such a fantastic time on this tour. From the very first show in North America last year to the European dates we are doing now, it's just been tremendous fun. Our fans have been brilliant as usual, and seem to be loving the setlist and the stage production! So we thought that because this tour has been such an amazing experience for band and fans alike, it somehow seems right to finish up back home in England and have the final show celebration on home turf. And now instead of one night's celebration back home, we get to have two!!"

MOTÖRHEAD’s LEMMY Is ‘Alive, Breathing, Talking, F**king, Drinking, Eating, Reading’

MOTÖRHEAD was forced to cancel two European concerts earlier this week after the band's frontman Lemmy Kilmister suffered a haematoma (where blood collects outside of a blood vessel). A new message posted on Lemmy's official Facebook page reads as follows: "We are happy to announce that despite rumors to the contrary,Lemmy is alive, breathing, talking, fucking, drinking, eating, reading and will be back to playing shows shortly. "As reported, he did undergo a Motor-pit-stop for some medical maintenance this past spring, and the timing of his recent illness was unfortunate in that it came so soon after that.

PHILIP ANSELMO On His Forthcoming Autobiography: ‘The Hardest Person I’m Gonna Be On Is Myself’

Philip Anselmo (DOWN, PANTERA, ARSON ANTHEM, SUPERJOINT RITUAL) and BloodyDisgusting.com writer Corey Mitchell last year secured a deal with Jeremie Ruby-Strauss, senior editor at Simon & Schuster's Gallery Books imprint, for Anselmo's autobiography, which will tentatively be titled "Mouth For War: Pantera, Pain, & Pride - Heavy Metal Highs, Drugged Out Lows, & The Battle For My Life".Corey will co-author the book, which is described as "a no-holds-barred look inside of Philip's brain, his history with PANTERA, the loss of his best-friend, Dimebag Darrell, and an unflinching examination into the downward spiral of pain and drug addiction that nearly cost him his life." A 2014 release is expected. Speaking to Artisan News on the black carpet of the Revolver Golden Gods awards in Los Angeles on May 2 (see video below), Anselmo stated about his upcoming autobiography: "First and foremost, it's not just aPANTERA book. Now, PANTERA is a gigantic part of my life — let's not ever, ever mix these signals — but it's more a book about myself and how it took to get from all of the peaks, valleys and the in-betweens; that really, really sums things up. There is my persective, of course, but I think the hardest person I'm gonna be on is myself. Because we all get the cards that we're dealt, and it's up to us to deal with that how we deal with it."
